Wreath

A Christmas wreath made with boxes using the cricut.

Sue (Liberty) found this idea on Leah Fungs'  blog (http://leahfung.typepad.com) and passed it on.  As I had the right cartridge we got together one evening with Joanne to give it a go. 

Bay Bridge

Another 8.5 x 11 layout this time using the November Scrapagogo kit.

Cirque de la Mer

Photo taken at Sea World San Diego at the really good Cirque de la Mer show.

Used November Scrapagogo kit and did it for the November scrapagogo sketch challenge.

Laugh

This was one of Cleo Jarvis' classes at scrapcamp.  Great class and great result.

Monopoly

The photo was taken on our last night in California in our place in Oceanside.  During the week we stayed there we played many games of Monopoly - the American version of course so when I saw this scrapbook paper I knew I had to do a layout on it.

San Francisco Walk

Whilst in San Francisco we went to the exploratorium but because we left well after it closed there were no taxis around so we ended up walking back to the hotel.  It was a very pretty walk along the coast.

The layout was done at scrap camp in Jane Dean's Style File class however I was awkward and used different papers so it fitted in with the photos.  Loved the class and the result.

Solvang

The photos were taken at the Danish Village of Solvang between San Francisco and Los Angeles.  We stopped there for a while and had a lovely Danish lunch.

Layout was a class taught by Jane Dean at Scrap Camp using Cherry Artes Morroco papers and embellishments.

Nepenthe

Photos taken at a restaurant called Nepenthe near Big Sur. Used Hambly Screen Print and bazzill with Hambly rub on for the journalling. Layout was done at Scrap Camp but was one of mine!

Getty Center

Photos taken when Graeme and I went to the Getty Center in Los Angeles.

Not sure what papers these are I think it is an old scrap room kit.  It was done at scrap camp and was for the challenge to use acetate.

High School Musical 2

Photos taken at Disneyland Los Angeles.  The journalling tells how we had the unexpected surprise of the premier of the film High School Musical 2 taking place at Disneyland whilst we were there with the cast party being at our hotel.

Layout was one of mine but done at scrap camp for the UKS weekly challenge using an old back porch memories kit.
