Cute!

This layout was done using this months scrapagogo kit and a sketch from pencil lines.

My UKS team are setting this weeks challenge again and this week we came up with ...
Something Old - photo
Something New - New Kit
Something Borrowed - Brads
Something Blue - Flowers/PP
Ribbons- Behind Flowers
Secret Journalling - didn't do that bit though.

The photo is from over 10 years ago and was one of the first ones taken with my first ever digital camera.

Just Magnolia wk 5 Challenge

This is my version of this weeks sketch challenge on the Just Magnolia Blog.  As I did it as part of a card swap on UKS I needed to create 10 cards the same so I was limited to papers I had enough of.  These are some old K & Co papers I bought when I first started.

May Crop

Yesterday was our monthly crop and in honour of National Scrapbooking Day (last week!) Sue had set some challenges to make it more interesting.  his is a hybrid layout from a free class by Jessica Sprague.
This one used a pagemaps sketch from this month and was done using Aprils Gogo Kit (the photo is straight really!).

Musee d'Orsay

Tomorrow is our monthly crop so it is probably a little overdue that I post this layout that I did at the last crop!

I have been trying to use some of my ribbon mountain and like the effect of mixing up the lace and ribbons.

The photos were taken a couple of years ago on out trip to Paris.

Sugar Bowl 10

I did this card today for the challenge on The Sugar Bowl.  Followed the sketch and added some buttons.  Stamp is another of my new gorjuss girls.

Card is coordinations and a scrap of pattern paper from the scrap pile!

Papertake Weekly Challenge

I am loving stamping and colouring at the minute and I am getting a little more adventurous with my card making.  I used this weeks sketch on the Papertake Challenge Blog.

This is one of my new gorjuss girls stamps coloured in with promarkers.  The papers were in my scrap collection and an odd bloom left over from an old kit.

Beside the Seaside

I seem to have got a bit behind with my blog, so time for a catch up.

I did this layout for my UKS teams challenge that we set a few weeks ago.

The challenge was to use a book title (I know this is a song title but looking on Amazon it is also a book and so is 'Beside the Seaside').
To use earth tones, a water theme and secret journalling.

I used some Basic Grey papers from the granola collection that I won at our local Christmas crop and based it on a sketch from the Sketches by Tamara blog
