The challenge this week on Cute Card Thursday is to use a quotation. I received a book of quotations as part of a swap this week so I used one for this card. The image is one of my magnolias coloured in with my copics.

Here is my entry for the current sketch challenge on Carol's Sketch Fun. Thanks for a great sketch Carol. The stamp is one of the Gorjuss girls stamps and coloured in using my copics E00,E35, E53,Y17, YG63. The papers are Basic Grey Archaic.

These are the last layouts that I did and finished last weekend. I still need to complete the layout from Jane Dean's class and I did finish Shimelle's mini book class but not had a chance to take any pictures yet.

Gogo Getaway Part 4

At the getaway last week there were a number of sketch challenges. Here are a couple of layouts that I did for these challenges.

TPE - 18

This weeks challenge on The Pink Elephant is to use the colours pink, brown and white so when this perfect paper and embellishments arrived as part of a kit swap I am in, I just had to use it. Gorjuss girl image was coloured using my copics - E50,E00,E31,RV000,RV02,RV06.

Gogo Getaway Part 3

This layout was done for the make and take on Friday evening. The frame was a hybrid element. In case you can't read them the words down the side are: beautiful, energetic, cute, kind, young. It isn't a great photo as the cardstock is white and there is even faux stitching around all the edges,

Gogo Getaway Part 2

These were the 2 layouts I did for Fiona Beckman's class. There were 2 options for the class and enough papers etc to do both of the layouts so that is what I did. The photos were from a visit by my brother and nephew last year.

Gogo Getaway Part 1

Last weekend I went to Gogo Getaway in the UK. It was a great weekend especially as there were so many people there from last year to catch up with again. Once again I went with Sue and as usual she was great company.

I created lots of layouts both in classes and for sketch challenges so here is one for starters.

My favourite class from the weekend was the workshop by Mary-Anne Walters where I created this wall hanging.

Cute Card Thursday 63

The challenge on Cute Card Thursday is to use punches and die cuts. So I cut the background shape and flower using my lovely Slice. The papers are American Crafts which I received as part of a kit in a swap I recently did on UKS.

I coloured the magnolia stamp using my copics.
